To all Calambahanons thank you very much for supporting ABC President Ezel T. Villanueva as the new Municipal Mayor of our town. You never failed me in my nine years term.

 Public office is a public trust. All government officials and employees must serve the government with utmost integrity, efficiency, loyalty, act with justice and patriotism, and lead modest lives.

My statutory last term will end on June 30, 2013. One legacy I will leave to all of you is making our town a pilot in electronic governance in Region X by the National Computer Center.

I did not run for any elected position and this will open a new chapter in my life. I did not get rich but it has been a pleasure serving with all of you. Goodbye but not farewell!
