The municipality of Calamba Spearheaded the Oplan Tokhang's Community Based Rehab Program Culmination day. On February 9, 2018 at Moelci I. It the program started with a reflection given by Rev. Pastor David Cunahap of Bible Baptist Church, and it was followed by Dr. Rodolfo C. Borbon and he certifies that the surrenderees has completed the 180 hours rehab and has not taken the Methamphetamine Hydrochloride or also known as shabu along the rehab. Engr. Ezel T.
