Provincial Road Rehabilitation Project of Barangay Bunawan - Dapacan Bajo road and Barangay Dapacan Bajo Multi-Purpose Hall Turn-over ceremonies

Misamis Occidental Provincial Governor Hon. Herminia M. Ramiro and Municipal Mayor Ezel T. Villanueva led the cutting of ribbon and ceremonial turn-over of the Provincial Road Rehabilitation Project of Barangay Bunawan - Dapacan Bajo road and Barangay Dapacan Bajo Multi-Purpose Hall with Mr. Rex Kinder PRMF Facility Director, Barangay Chairman of Barangay Bunawan Hon. Rodolfo D. Pagalaran and Barangay Chairman of Dapacan Bajo Hon. Joaquin A. Camense last November 19, 2013 at 2 o’clock in the afternoon.

Aside from Gov. Ramiro, guests were Board Members Hon. Edilma C. Bulawin and Hon. Zaldy G. Daminar from the Provincial Government. Sangguniang Bayan Members Hon Edgar V. Iman, Hon. Amelita Y. Preciado, Hon Juan T. Jumalon and Engr. Myrna B. Baloro the Assistant Provincial Engineer of Misamis Occidental also graced the occasion.

The Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental through the Provincial Engineering Office in partnership with the Provincial Road Management Facility (PRMF) with funding assistance from Australian Aid finally inaugurated and turn-over the 2.523 kilometer road rehabilitation project covered the road of Barangay Bunawan- Dapacan Bajo.

Rev. Father Victor Serino of San Isidro Parish Church initiated the blessing ceremony.

The community residences of the two barangays were so happy with the completion of the road rehabilitation project. Residents, commuters and farmers can now conveniently travel their goods from their farm to the market. The road networks are important to the development of the barangays as well as the communities.
